Well, I'm not a car person (I love huge 4wd trucks and Jeep Wrangler), but I eat, in order, most every day:

1 juiced lemon
1 cup blueberries
1 orange
1/4 cup walnuts
coffee, black (no pun intended)
Sardines or tuna with wheat crackers
Low sodium V8
Carrot juice
Salad and black beans
Fish or chicken
Bananas

What's your diet like?
