He says his "plan" is to use them for all 12 hours of his flowering time while lights are on.

I'm only going to use them for 15 mins after my lights turn OFF. And every week lengthen the schedule to 14hours on and 10 off at 30 mins extra per week. Then leave the 14/10 for the remaining month or two. Until they're ready!

I'm talking about the blue light not the far red
