A shorter internodal length, in theory. YMMV. Many other significant factors. Look at the spectrum comparison threads, there are photos of (e.g.) 3000k vs 5600k veg/flower results.Am I correct to think a 4000k will make a shorter more dense plant? Which would make nicer looking tomato and pepper plants for peoples gardens also.
If you're really limited on vertical space, I'd certainly recommend a 4000k-5000k light and LST or low-scrog to maximize light reception.
