In the Mylar room - QB 288 3000k ( 260 w ) / QB 4000k ( 80w )
QB 3500k ( 80w ) tripod mount. ( 420 watts total quantum )))))))))

Tripod is aligned with a seedling tray ( cup grows ).

You mentioned on the GML live show that UVB may increase the quality of the cannabis grown under QBs. I'm running 3x 288s @ 1750 fixtures over 2x4ish areas, how many watts of UVB should I be looking to add to each 2x4 area?

Depending on the bulb. I would do no more than 1 2't5 . Some is good too much is bad.

Yeah ... I like variety I guess ....
There very few strains I repeat - only Candy Dream / BD .
I've been grabbing beans from GreenPoint and DC Seed Exchange , so there are some
" artisanal strains " coming .... Lol.

Blue dragon is on a current soak ... I am also in a solo cup challenge on another thread for shits and giggles ( BAGGERS seeds ) .

I think I should put a 31 FLAVORS sign on tent .... Lol.

I'm still getting used to my 135w 288 kit. I'm mid week 3 of veg right now and wondering what height you all like yours at during late veg? I've got mine at 18 inches right now and it seems like she might want a little more light.

@robincnn, I have a Northern Photon with 1818 COBs. Light seemed dim and I checked power adj knob which was 100% and seemed unrelated to dimming and then it flickered brighter without being touched and then back and forth. Then it stopped. I replaced power cord and have a Kill-A-Watt hooked up now. Are input connections fussy? When it dims, it is about half power it seems to the eye. Awesome light at full power! Any help?
Both COBs are flickering together.

Just an FYI: the 120’s in 3000k, 4000k and 5000k are available on Amazon for preorder, they ship on March 7th.

What are people’s opinions on which would be best for vegging the 4000k or the 5000k? Thanks.

I think only direct through us or one of our US retailers. You can check with them to find out though.

How are you liking running those over a 2x4. I' trying to decide on the 320 watt qb kit, rapidled 400watt kit, or Timber lights flowering only. A 2x4 tent.

For sure will cover. I would get the longer heatsink if possible. Better spread for lights.
