I have used your online complaint form and no one has got back to me in a while now.
The HLG 36 UVA light I purchased lost the first string of diodes on it.

HLG, I’m good with these guys. But GrowersLights, not so much. I am gonna contact GrowersLights and tell’em about my problem. See if there’s a solution we could agree on. I have no paperwork, that’s on me. And that’s why I didn’t contact them before now. But now one board is definitely unusable, and the other is bad also. I’ll let you know what’s said.

Oh, ive taken your advice very seriously. My bad if it came off that i wasn't interested.
Matter-O-Fact, transplant was done with an extra buffering.
Already chose to rinse Perlite & Hydroton, making a nice messs of the driveway, so the pre-soak was the last thing i wanted to do. Pictured working in mud.
Looking to cut a corner i ended up going 40ml Epsom (around 900 ppm), 40ml MagiCal (brought up to 1200).
3 tblspn Yellow label & 3 Green label of BatGuano Comp. Tea.
Then the cherry ontop was TM-7.
Hopefully the plants can handle that mix.applied as part of transpltransplant.

Sooooooo... I go and get my lights and tents from my ex girlfriends house and she had taken everything down and when i opened up the box to test the lights i found this... Well it doesn't look like a manufacture's defect so I don't know why the receipt would matter at this point. Yes, try and fix it or find someone local who can. Anyplace that deals with soldering components should be able to handle this with ease. I'd go to a cell phone repair shop as my first step, since I'd unlikely be able to handle this very simple job.
 
Fix it. I doubt it would be covered with warranty givin the scenario. Use a good solder iron and good solder flux.

I may be wrong but it is the coating over LED's after they are mounted and all electronically linked.
I would assume the negative and positive pads under the AC power part that came off the board are not coated so they will make proper contact.
I only read this BTW.
I can only assume what is under a power supply and no plans of prying one off to confirm LOL

I'd reflow the solder with a hot air gun, I've assembled double-sided PCBs with SOP28 and smaller SMT parts on with nothing more than a garden variety hot air gun.

You can be glad Stephen runs such a good company.
