Here’s my bridgelux build so far(frame not complete). I just laid the strips down to see the spacing if I decide to put 2 or 3 qb96’s in the center. Thinking about running the qb96’s at about 25w so I don’t have to use a heat sink. What would you guys do? Heat sinks or no? These strips will be powered by a hlg320h 42ab so I actually don’t need a lot more power.

ETHOS ENDGAME R2

The ETHOS has really went beast mode and barely sexxed out …… so she will move to preflower / stretch as the weeks go on.
She’s pushing 3 1/2 ‘ tall so far ….. so no telling how much bigger. Have a feeling she will give BERTA a run for the money.
Same 2 gallon hempy setup as others. The master kush is also going large ( will update that sometime later ) ….

Feed is around 850ish ppm @5.9 .

HLG QB225 is working out very well with grow. Even as i still have a measley corner to use ( kids shit still here / trying to clear room ).

Naw,we figured it out... I was just wondering how to turn the Diablo down, and when I figured it out I don't want that now... I thought that something was wrong with the light because it flickers when you adjust it, but someone else said that it was set and I should leave it alone, so that is what I am doing... Thanks for coming through though!!!
Might be worth buying a driver that could be dimmed to use with that diablo.

I have the WORST luck with drivers... I have bought every driver known to man and none of them have worked... I wish I had the money that I spent on all these lights and drivers that don't work, I'd buy ONE whole thing...

BERTA BUDS - ( Northern Lights Auto )

She still got a few weeks to go , no rush for me. Gonna let her go as long as it takes.
But she is bulking up …

EC is back down since i mashed pedal a little too much ( tip curl ) …… oops. Now she’s purring along at 850ppm.
Smells like sweet dough / bakery kinda smell. …. *shrugs

RED is from G8 deep red (630-660nm ) led supplemental. Already having to tie up mid area branches.

BERTA - final season

Well she is in “ weight gain mode “ nearing last couple weeks …. Every time I check her , she’s flopping . You can see she’s flopping away from center …. Thought about yo yo’s but I spin her every half cycle to light up the core with a supplemental light. So looks like I’m gonna have to run some twine to center stalk to stabilize her til end. Old school QB304s are still doing gods work on her - even got some light bleach on upper leaf ( hence the power down on tops and side light blasting with supplemental ).

She is reeking with a deep sweet earthy smell. Flowering is well past typical “ breeder “ times and is an example of letting it finish however long it takes.

Note ; 2 - 3 weeks ago I dropped cycle to 12/12 ( I mean she’s flowering anyways ) and find it still flowers well even tho she’s an auto flower .
Many say you can’t do this or you can’t do that because it’s an “ auto “ ….. this isn’t the first time I’ve done this trick.
Since plant is in full flower mode say after week 5 ( actual flower ) light cycle drop still brings the goods. Plus less strain on gear as this rig build is going to be 7 years old next year with no fails.

In case , anyone is interested.
Start : 20/4 til transition ( preflower )
Transition stage : 18/6 til week 5 / 6 of flower
Flower Final : 12/12 til end

I really wish I knew the actual breeder of this NL AUTO ….. But she was a freebie.

Figure I will decide her outcome around end of month.

Is there a holiday sale going on? I thought there was one starting the 16th, might be wrong about that though. If there is, is there a code for it?

What would be a good build to replace a 1k watt hps?

Sorry to ask such a rube question but LEDs are kind of an enigma to me. Almost jumped into cobs a few years back, kinda glad I didn't now.

I recently bought a hlg 135w quantum board kit and am pretty happy with it. Really bright

Cob kits has HLG on sale atm. What do I need to start replacing hps's? What configuration?

Hang from the corners, or the side rails (x4). You can make a triangle out of thick wire or chain at each end to attach the ratchets to

Also you may want to swap for nylon locking nuts so it can't easily come unscrewed over time.
