this depends greatly on the purity of product started with. if you were careful and did not get a bunch of sludge in with the solvent the loss should be very minimal. The longer the lye is allowed to break down the bark the more tannins, waxes and other junk it will draw out. perhaps you will lose 30% of the yield at the most of the last pull but I would guess much much lower in the first pulls and if you take your time with extraction. The actual amount of DMT you are losing is ridiculously low versus bullshit you don't have to smoke to not clean your product IMO though.

Sorry for the wait everyone (been a little busy lately); here is a pic of ~200mg's of some good ol' DMT. There are a couple visible impurities here and there, but I am fine with it. Should I have yielded higher I would have recrystallized it; by now I have given most of it away to friends so there really is no point.

lol sure thing, now that I have solidified Lazyman's tek it is really easy to run!

hey shepj...i yielded roughly the same amount with ONE pull that i let sit longer in the basic solution....the LAZY lazyman's tech.... looks good. It's easy and well worth it. everybody ought to try it.

That was one pull.

The other ones have been given away; my last pull is coming up shortly.

I will make another thread with a pictoral of how I did the Tek, I feel there are a couple things to touch base on that are not mentioned in the Lazyman tek but are not as complex as some of the others.. it it really a straightforward, nice technique for anyone.

sorry lol i did one pull off of 112 grams and got about .6 grams... so like .5% came out in the one pull. the rest cleared my clogged drain beautifully.

I'm still trying to find a source of quality MHRB, other than Bouncing Bear Botanicals which is out of stock, most of them seem so sketchy that I don't wanna risk my money.

Has anyone here delt with thegalactictoad on the bay? He is looking like the best choice so far.

I'm really looking forward to doing this extraction, as soon as I can find some good MHRB.
