DNA Genetics Snowland aka Snowcap x La

Wanted to know if anybody started or finished their seed. I got a freebie labeled snowcap LA awhile back and now their calling it snowland. So if anybody got this going, please shed some light on this one for me. Peace

They are so new just not sure if anyone has had time to check them out yet.

Mine duded but I have seen my ex wife and her boyfriend do snowcap aka Humboldt snow several years ago. Big ass singles cola growth with a crown of side satellite buds. Extremely frosty and easy to manicure. Nice even body high I got from it. Best of luck with yours as mine failed.

I can't wait to germ mine this weekend. Got their holy grail kush as well...I'm super excited about this one, seen a lot about this but the snowland is something definitely special.

Reserva Privada Colorado calls this strain "Manmoth" because of its freakishly large yield. I am so stoked to see these ladies in action. I am 6 weeks into veg and will be throwing them into flower in another 2 weeks...give or take...gotta take clones off each to get that perfect pheno. How's everyone else's looking?

Hey fellas i got a grow journal on snowland on my profile im 3 weeks into flower, so far out of 5 fems i got two hugh ones just like you said with crown budz, the side banches r hugh as thick as my finger i can tell there going to have hugh top budz, checkem out

3 weeks in veg and they are slow and stout, but real vigorous and healthy. How did anyone else's grow during veg???

Mines a week or two into flower now not much to say other than a very dense cannopy, I trained it a bit to get light to some branches instead of a couple tops... overall looks good so far

from my experience the LA end of the gene pool is slow growing. i got 3 different LA crosses going right now and all but the random one here and there are VERY slow and compact. ever sour secret (LA x Sour D) is very slow.

I got mine as an attitude freebie in March. Mine is currently growing outside. It has the biggest leaves I've ever seen on a plant. Very thick and sturdy stems too. The leaves and buds are turning purple. Very beautiful plant. Glad I took a few clones before it flowered.

I have one in the second week of flower and one in veg. It was slow at first and then out of nowhere it just took off. I is not really branching much at this time. I may clone the top again to see if that will help some.

Well I can say its def nice, its cured for a while so ill have to do s smoke report... maybe after work... not sure if it'll be a keeper but its very frosty, very dense, and as said before a tight canopy... not the biggest yielder but not the worst either.

Ok so first off the appearance,
Plant- on the shorter side, pretty thick strong branches.. pause 20 min and talk about breaking bad ending... not much grows under the canopy worth keepinf and the canopy is tight so in my first experience topping and a little lst to open it up helped with yield. Tight connected internodes form nice tight mid sized in length buds... I love the density but almost too dense if possible (also grew along side with bubba 76 which has even tighter buds... the tightest densest nugs ive ever seen)

Now I should mention I was a couple months overdue picking up a new bulb so my yield was prob a bit low but I think I got 4 oz off this one, 3 full jars of super dense buds which might be a bit over 4... the bubba 76 gave me 6-7 though even under the reduced lighting. All soil with house and garden mostly with tea.

gup taste is ok nothing to write home about, its got a good kind of pineberry scent, mid to high smell... def smelly but not unheard of... taste was more sandalwood? Not even sure what that is but it sounds right ha... and I'm blitzed I'd say 7/8 of 10... its a good spot

Still up in the air if its a keeper but its a great plant... either way I have a couple in veg.

Bag appeal is great but to a point bags look smaller than most are used to due to density

I also grew out the free seed from the attitude promotion.

You are spot on with the buds, I was really impressed. I had three main colas that were 10 grams each when dry. I loved the smell, with mine you could really smell the LA Confidential side. The smoke on the other hand was harsh and diesel tasting, I'm told that's the snowcap side,p with very subtle fruit. Really wasn't a fan and almost tossed the clones, but I let it cure and rest for another 3 months(5 months total), I use Cvaults for longer storage and the fruit taste really busted out. It has really mellowed but the hight is still great and still has the amazing smell. It's definitely a keeper now .

Edit: I only wish my phenotype had the purple, maybe I will really play with my temps(?) to see if I can bring that out.
