No point in having light until they sprout.........unless you're using the light for heat.
OK thanks. Do I need to run my fan and fikter whole they are in the tent waiting to sprout?

I leave my light on. Helps the plant know which way is up. 
But seriously I turn one light down and leave it on to avoid stretch when they do poke through. Also it warms my room a little which doesn't hurt either.
