Do these look healthy?

This is my first grow and I have noticed over the past 3-4 days they are pretty droopy, and some of the bottom leaves are turning yellowish and kind of dying, well thats what it looks like. Any help?

I have been in veg stage for about three weeks at full str nutes since their birth from being seeds. I plan to put them in flower next Thursday, this giving them 1 full month to veg, they are about 10-11 inches tall.

It also looks like the new leaves are coming in really thin, the color looks ok. Please help!

What should my ppm be at during week 1,2,3,4 of my veg cycle? How many times should I be running my irrigation cycle during these weeks as well. I am on a 24/0 light cycle with a 400 watt HP bulb. 1 gallon pots, ebb and flow set-up. Temp is usually around 75-80.

Please check out pics and let me know if they look ok.

they look good. the droopiness would probably be from overwatering and the yellow leaf edges could be early signs of over nute'ing or just that not enough light is reaching those leaves..since they are pretty bushy. but nice plants:peace:
