For millions of years cannabis has been waiting for the night the moon stood still for 24 hours followed by late summer the next day.
Without this they would surely have died out. That is why till this day, we give them 24 hours of darkness a rainshower and then late summer.

Huh? I'm confused, did I miss something? What is this in regards to? Who said the moon is out for 24 hours?

He was asking me a question through a PM. My bad. Look here is how I feel about the whole darkness thing. If you havent tried it then bad on you. Whether or not if it does anything if you dont try different things then you wont learn anything. Try out a lot of different things that way the more you test, the better knowledge you will have on how you want YOUR bud to be. Its all about personal preference if you ask me. I have done the Darkness things before and after flowering and didnt really notice anything so I dont bother with it. But you wont know till you try yourself!

Peace and keep them ladies green!!

I like to run my lights opposite of the sun, when its hot outside my plants are sleep 67...at night they have the lights on..77... 8pm to 8am
I'm doing the same & have good result. You simply need to put more attention against exterior light infiltration. I can now use one extra light with the power i save on heat control
