Do you foliage feed?

i have been googling since yesterday and I'm more confused about foliage feeding then when I started researching.

So is foliage feeding something worth doing or will it just cause more issues.
I'm 3 weeks into flower. I've read very mixed opinions on foliage feeding with a light dose of nutes
Some say it increases bud size well others say it's pointless and will cause bud rot. I have plenty of air circulation I'm not to worried about bud rot. More worried about mute burn.
Thoughts or experiences welcomed.

Never saw the need, I've seen quite a bit of guys on here do so though.

I do it A lot. Mainly cal mag requirements
You don't need to if yiuve done everything else properly though.

It could cause bud rot but not if done properly.

Its best used to quickly clear a def or mitigating a root bound plant.

Allows to feed without raising ec/ppm etc

Only in veg unless you like fuckin up your buds

Can you give an example of a cal/mag foliage feed?im having deficiencies in my 4th week flower.

Never seen or had the need.
