lol fuck no. i don't doubt there aren't any kids that are knowledgable about whats going on around them. but for the most part i think high schoolers just don't give a flying fuck. hell i did my first year in college in 07-08 and 19-21 year olds didn't even know who the fuck was running until obama started gaining some momentum. Im telling you right now man, kids are still not there yet.

They are there becaues they believe everyone should have a house, but they shouldn't have to work for it, earn it, or protect it. They are there because as children they all got trophy's just for participating and they belief that's how the system COULD really work. Unfortunately this is real life and that's bullshit.

NOBODY forced a home-buyer to buy a home. Made it easier to make a poor decision? Yeah. FORCED them to? Naw.
Kinda like me giving my ex-wife as much rope as she needs to hang herself with my son. She tied the noose and tightened it to the point he is rather indifferent towards seeing her. If i walk in a ask for a mortgage and they say you qualify for this house, why am I gonna get a smaller house. Im sure people did that only to default on the smaller house
