dodgy leaf?im not sure

hey im a new so help here
my plant has been up for a couple of days but isnt it supposed to have 2 leaves at first??
mine seems to have 4 or 5 and one is huge with creases on the biggest leaf!!

any ideas why this is??
i thought you have 2 leaves?
and my other seeds havent sprouted after a week so have they rotted
in the soil?:confused:

Pics please.
Look into germination. Better to NOT plant your seed directly in the soil until seed cracked and root visable.

Agree to disagree? ALWAYS plant directly into soil, avoiding any root damage that may cause issues weeks down the line. If done correctly and the seeds do not like it then they are shit seeds.

Basically they need to be 'warm and moist' that's it. :-)

absolutely :) Just the way we have always grown them, the way nature intended I guess. Actually we have just released our germination and problem rates for 2010 taken from over 1000 sets and 40 people. Our lowest breeder was about 94% , all directly in soil :)
