Try this. Posture upright in a comfortable position, take your thumb and place it in your navel with your palm flat on the underneath of your belly button. This is called your Dan Tien. It's your energy field your source of Qi, when you breath properly with your diaphragm your palm should raise and lower. Focus your eyes 2-3 feet infront of you and count as you breath. Keep practicing, daily. You'll get that shot of the "good glad fluid" as Kerouac put it.

Yup. Apparently you didn't read the t.o.s. when you clicked submit.
