Does CFL temps matter?

I have read some people say to get 65k and 27k for different areas and I've also read others say it doesn't make any difference with CFL's.

Some have claimed doing 2:1 saw much better yields.

Any data out there that might prove what's actually TRUE? Does it make any difference and do you mix your CFLs?

even chinese blurplee lights are better than CFLs for growing... i'd stay away

I once used 175 watts worth of mixed CFLs to only harvest 1 ounce of mediocre stuff

use 2:1 6500K for veg and 2:1 2700K for bloom
