Does this look healthy?

Hi, my single cola plant shown here in this pic is now 19 days old. That makes it almost at week 3 of flowering since I changed light cycle to 12/12. How does it look ? I'm using Technaflora's Recipe for Success bloom fertilizers at 50% strength. Should I increase dosage? I fed it only once so far and I plan to feed every other watering. I'd appreciate any advice from more advanced growers since this is my first grow.

hard to say from that one close up pic but i see some curled tips in the back ground, but looks fine overall id keep doing what your doing and if anything cut back your N a little
