does winterization remove butane?

After a water bath and initial purge would an ever clear winterization help in removing any excess butane or is that trapped until I vac purge? Thanks in advance for any input

No, it won't. Winterizing helps to separate any waxes, but it ain't going to remove a solvent.

Tried google. Got conflicting answers that's why I came here. I wouldn't post a question I haven't thouroughly researched I just wanted some second opinions

It is my understanding that whatever minuscule amount of butane left over in the finished product will combust upon contact with the heating element.

does winterization remove butane?
