You need to raise it to like 6.2 not 7.5

Water in southern california is very alkaline meaning the PH is very high.

Test the runoff water and see what its at. Get some PH up or down depending on what your water is.

The PH of my soil is 4.5....I know its too low. Does anyone know how I can raise it to 7.5 ???? Need Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
there are chemicals that can balance water PH

and dude, if you would just READ the guides that people are linking you to, you'd have all the answers you're looking for. that way you wouldn't have to come back here and post a question EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.

One more thing- overwatering can cause acidic soil. If the soil stays too moist for too long, u end up with some seriously acidic dirt (like 4.5). That's one of the reasons why we don't re-use soil. Remember, each point on the PH scale is 10x the acidity or alkalinity. At 4.5, you are about 20x more acidic than you should be(I keep mine anywhere between 6-6.5), and your plants will DEFINITELY be exhibiting symptoms of multiple deficiencies.

My plant is starting to flower. How long does flowering usually last for? I want to know what to look for so I know that it is done and is at its highest potency so i know when to chop it down???? Does anyone have any helpful hints????
