Dr.Kamermans Charged and Arrested...

any news for this DR. ?
probably tied up in courts for months

From my understanding his practice is back open, but he hasn't gotten his prescription license back yet.

The people that had Dr. K sign for them in NS are now having their licenses revoked prematurely, they have I think 8 days left to destroy their crops and stashes according to the papers some received today in the mail. Health Canada sent Dr. K's Nova Scotia patients a letter at the start of October saying that their licenses were being reviewed and revoked on the basis of "false or misleading information". What a bunch of BS, especially since in the cases I have seen, there wasn't any false or misleading information at all on the forms. Apparently the reason is that he wasn't licensed to practice medicine in NS, because he isn't a member of the NS docs assoc., so therefore has no license in NS or something along those lines. However, if those people had the appointment over skype or in Ontario it would have been ok because he would have been in Ontario where he is licensed and therefore licensed. At least that is how I understood it all when HC was explaining it to me. I hope Dr. Kammerman is alright and doesn't get too much trouble out of this, I don't know anyone mad at him for helping them, I think he's a great guy for signing all of those licenses.

Hope he gets back at it in ontario, this is bad news but also progress towards a final outcome
