Drip irrigation help

This will be my second run with this kind of setup. 4x4 flood tray. 18 drip stakes for 9 plants in 6x6 blocks.

Right now I'm running into an issue where one of my pieces isn't sealing properly resulting in a loss of pressure, that pressure is required for the drippers to run. Also causing a lot of water going to waste

This is where it's leaking. I Teflon taped the threads and it doesn't seem to fix it. The green pieces are floraflex fittings. Not sure wat they're called exactly, but I think the problem is with the black bulkhead that it's screwed in to. It has these little ridges that shouldn't even be there.

Is there a part I can replace that with. Any help is appreciated!

Is there not a rubber washer that supposed to go were it leaking from. If you can get one it might fix it

Yea there totally is, it's hard to explain. It's not leaking from the bottom side. I put the bulk head thru the hole in the tray, in between the bulkhead and the tray there is a washer. Still on top of the tray but on the underside of the bulkhead. It's leaking from the top of the bulkhead right where the green piece is screwed in

If your stuck ive used something called gutter seal to make sure threads and joints are water tight. Its like silicone but much more tougher and more water tight. Its like a water tight glue, apply it on all you threads and seals and washers and screw them tight. It will make ever joint water tight. Works well.
