Hey I'm not experienced and definitely not the guy to help you directly, but I can help you indirectly by telling you these guys will need more information from you.

Be as detailed as possible, such as whats the ppm and ph of ur solution. Have you done anything else besides changing the light cycle? What's the temperatures in your area. What light are you using. What nutrients are you using. Etc...

In my newbie guess, which you should take for a grain of salt, I'd say it's over watered.

Ya from what I understand doing hydroponics with no ph or ppm puts you in the dark. Try to get one because I sure wouldn't be attempting hydroponics without those essential tools.

too cold, mine do that too, but not quite as much. get a temp gauge
i'm under cfl's. and it has been cold in the garage. so keep a space heater in there and sometimes it's not enough. but you don't want it hot in there either
TEMP GAUGE!! I BET IT WAS COLDER THAN 65, more like 50.

nope, its an aerogarden tank. i flushed it last night and after another 12 hours in the dark i cut some leaves that had discoloring on them. they are all dropping down to the base of my system but i added more light.. *prays to the marijuana gods*... and maybe some expert who can help. maybe the ph meter will tell me something but i doubt it..

if you got this far without a ph tester then you are on the right track, my guess is that there is salt buildup in the roots and they need a good flush, sometimes the salts will buildup and then the roots can not suck up water

LOL no ph adjustment is going to turn these guys around. Although you have no pictures of the roots I would suspect this is the problem...

1) bc it usually is with you aerogarden guys

2) your plants look severely underwatered likely due to massive root death.
