They sell synthetic piss with heaters basically on every corner. Smoke shops, gas stations, head shops, you name it.

Put it in a small container, tape that container besides your balls like next to your leg. By the time you've driven there it should be around your body temp.
EDIT: oh you're female, sorry, tape it like next to your labia?
