i got myself a gallon size 160 bag. i've been meaning to do this for a while. i'll have to wait a bit since the lady in the apartment downstairs fucked up her leg and now she's home all day. i was going to use my enclosed back porch while she was at work, but i can wait a little longer. i plan on pressing it into nickel pucks. i'll update when i get it done. i have around 1 1/2 oz of real nice popcorn and about a half oz of sugar leaf from 10-12 strains. even if i only get a few grams i'll be happy. it's all top shelf stuff.

You'll get more than a couple G's out of the 160 :D

That's a good grade...
I had a 150. It's better than 220, but lets out WAY more than 90 :D

Ask a cashier. In the store near me it's a bin up front next to the regular ice slidey-door-thingie. They have to weigh or estimate) the amount to know what to charge.
The bin has a penguin logo on it ... ;) cn

Thanks cannabineer First thing tommrow I'm headed to Safeway.
I was in Redding today at Home Depot and found a 1 gal paint strainer 2 pac made from nylon
and bought a 1 gal can.
I'm not sure what the mesh size is but I want to try anyway lol.
I'll let every one know fail or pass.

The paint strainer mesh is a bit on the coarse side imo. But it's good for the initial chill&shake ... I like inexpensive tech. But to clean/refine the first-pass product, I'd consider a wet step. The dry ice did the hard work of major separation ... water with or without finer mesh can devfinitely provide a valuable refining step. Jmo. cn

View attachment 1979011This is what i got off my first harvest which was at least 2 weeks early. There was roughly 2 and half ounces of trim and half oz or less of small buds and i got 42 grams of kief/hash from dry ice extraction. I love the way kief tastes!!!!

I've never tried that.....I think I'll give it a shot next run. It's hard to justify doing that if your patients aren't into a devasting couch lock, which we know that does. I always make butter with my fine trim and give it to them, but what the heck.....maybe I'll like it :).

Need to find a damn job so I can start smoking again:wall:

I used to do washing machine hash, but this is the best way imo. fun and easy. cheaper for my customers.

I love living up here and away from the city lights but stuff like this really makes it hard to appreceate....
Does ANY one have a way for me to get some? I go to Redding every week but all the stores I've asked didn't know.
