You want stainless steel whenever possible because aluminum will have a chemical reaction and release carcinogens.

I just look up pollen press in Amazon and they come in many sizes. I bought the 2x4 for around $30-$35 which is a good start but if you want to press bigger bricks you can get bigger sizes.
