Hey Eagle, The general Parts list for this DIY Canatroll is as follows:
1. A thermoelectric Wine cooler: The Cooler must be Thermoelectric as compressor units will pull too much moisture based on how they operate
2. A small Thermoelectric Dehumidifier: A small TEC dehumidifier that has a fan to help circulate the air and help pull moisture (also heats the chamber slightly which kicks on the cooler to cool down the environment) you install it inside the cooler and place it so its heatsink fins will drip water out the drip pan of the cooler.
3. A controller for the Dehumidifier: this can be an ink bird, ac infinity controller, or another controller that can kick the dehumidifier on and off based on set points like VPD or RH.
