and as i said i have never heard or read of the dea going after people who have purchased from a seedbank or a dispensary. aside from that im in cali and med legal so what would i worry about lol im not one of the big fishes.

For the life of me, I dont see why people are still buying hi $$$$ seeds from pollen chuckers/closet hacks/so called breeders.
Show me where any of the hacks/chuckers/breeders are doing any progeny testing before lines are released.
I know S' & E' have had differences, but this is just fekkin nutz!
I've grown S's & E's gear & guess what?
None of the plants I grew from their gear made it into keepers for the garden. NONE!
I'm not sayin they were bad, they just didnt make the cut over my proven moms.
Good vibes going out to the accused & their family members.

well it really doesnt matter anyway,i'm doing 5 personal strains and hybrids currently, with my bluemoonshine daddy.
now do you really think that the law is gonna gather all this evidence and mount a case against all who purchased from him that are in non-med states? I tell you they would be fools by doing that and would be paying alot of overtime to make all these out of state calls to other local law enforcement. Man I could keep on going on and on with all the shit they have to do! for what? to knock down my door and find my 4 measly plants. Now thats a waste of time. they shouldnt fuck with no 1 IMO.
