I just wish we had a unified media that presented fact based news reporting like we had from the beginning of television into the 80's, the rest would take care of itself.
What we have now on Fox and a lot of the internet is shit.
How can we progress as a society when a third of the people watch and swallow shit? Why does shit get ratings? I guess a massive portion society has gone to shit. Truth is truth. Facts are facts.

All we have left is a bunch of wingnut loonies who don't want to pay taxes and a bunch of far left Bernie nuts who want to raise taxes on the rich who don't pay them to begin with.
The last 40 years has been the greatest right wing coup in history. Rich get richer, unions and middle class struggle, infrastructure decays away and the planet is going to hell while trump chumps cheer on the apocalypse.
Stock market is kicking ass though.

When I was young, there was a bright future.
I'd hate to be young now, it's not ever going to be the same with the job market.
I do believe Yang has a lot of insight into the future, not that he'll get anywhere with it.

Biden is the reason why we have Clarence Thomas on the courts, I'm old enough to remember the hearing. Obama picked Biden for one reason and that was for his foreign experience, but as you see Obama refused to endorse him. Biden is old news with the same old system. You and I agree on most of everything, but on Biden and cats we will agree to disagree. No worries, if he goes to the general then and only then will he get my vote

Is my list. I like Yang, Pete, Harris as VP candidates, they are young enough that by giving them 4 years for people to get to know them so they can run for the top job in 2024.
As soon as Obama endorses someone it will be all out war on that person from the right. He can't come out early to endorse someone, more than anyone else.

So that whole article comes down to basically one day when Biden was droning on one day, Obama made a joke by writing a note saying 'kill me now' as proof that Obama doesn't want Biden to be the nominee?
It was a nice fluffy hit piece on Biden, but it doesn't change my mind. I am not looking for the next President to need to be Obama, I am looking for someone I can trust is not a Russian plant and has a long enough voting record to know they are responsible and understand what is needed to get shit passed to plug whatever holes Trump has poked in our government quickly.
We need to nail the layup and not go for the slam dunk. With the Russian/Foreign militaries attacking our citizens Biden will be much harder to stir up chauvinistic, elitist, homophobic, racist angst that will be used against any other candidate.

Obama picked Biden because he thought Biden’s age would preclude him from running after he was done
Obama has even told him that he doesn’t have to do this (run for pres)
that said, I still think Obama will endorse him but is just holding off for now

I think his reason is that he doesn’t want to appear biased, and because he really didn’t want joe to leapfrog off his vice presidency into the presidency
