Because Trump was so hurt by what he said? Do you realize Biden has a stutter, a lot of what he says that people talk shit about is that to get around it once he feels the word 'stick' he changes to a different word/ sentence ending and sometimes it doesn't come out right. It doesn't make his mind weak in any way or if you actually listen to what he is saying is bad, it is just in a highly edited troll clip it can be made to look bad if people didn't realize it.

Obama is not picking anyone to endorse.

I don't think of Biden as a last resort, I think of him as first through the breach. If he can make it through and win the nomination with all the trolling from the progressives he won't be stopped by Trump's hypocritical (and false) trolling from the right. And if he is taken down, the next person will be that much closer to November and so less time to get their trolls on them to stick.

Look my opinion is Biden is a compromiser to a fucking fault. wrong is fucking wrong . Harris said it best when she blasted on him on how he was able to work with two of the most racist congress members in congress on busing. How soon we forget...or I guess it is not that important if you are not on the receiving end of racism.

This is something that I just can't get behind. I'm trying not to lay into him because he's the clear front runner, but he's archaic as fuck with his approach and will absolutely not get my primary vote.

What do you make of the reports that Warren made money on foreclosed homes and is thus some kind of hypocrite?

FYI I too made money off two foreclosed homes as well...just not let us get mad at each other as we discuss. do this like grown people

Ill start here, do you really think that I am saying he is the best person to understand minority communities? Of course he doesn't, he is white AF, but he is not the enemy either.

By the numbers does he have a point that in minority communities there is a education gap that exists? There is, it doesn't mean that he understands how and why it is there, but that it needs people to work on the problem to fix it. A couple hundred years of a racist legal system will do that to people.

I am not upset with your trolling of me at the end there (and a bit in this next post), it's not like you really know shit about me, I just find the bullshit propaganda you are regurgitating unhelpful in the age of disinformation we are in.

I would just suggest understanding that every community is getting slammed with bullshit propaganda and cut up quotes and snippets of information that when you don't take the time to look at the entirety of it is easy to be judgemental in hindsight. All with the aims of ripping us apart and creating camps to get people to not vote or to vote for Trump.

And to look at all the progress that has been made in the last 50 years within the Democratic party, which Biden was a part of. If you want to see a Democratic President that is able to get shit done, understand they need the House and 60 Democratic members in the Senate, otherwise all the purity tests won't mean shit.

So, this story begins with a tweet from Trump. A bit rich that he would comment on other people's dealings in real estate. But OK, so, here's an article on the subject:


This is old history, purchases and sales were all 20 or more years ago. Practically all the loans were to family and most were held for years. None of the home were flipped in the manner Trump suggested. "Quick killing"s are foreclosed homes in good condition but sold at fire sale prices and flipped within six months of purchase. Hers were modest single family homes that were loans to family and a few rental properties. One or two were held for a little more than a year and one was held for five months. The story on that one:

Most of these properties were held for years. There is one case that stands out: a 1993 purchase by Warren of a house for $30,000 that was sold five months later for $145,000. The grandson of the woman who sold the house to Warren later told the National Review that his grandmother had let it “fall into disrepair.” The house was renovated by Warren’s out-of-work family members, but it’s unclear how much the materials cost or what the actual profit was. This home was not in foreclosure when Warren bought it.

Warren is not a hypocrite in this story.

Not a Biden fan. I'll play his advocate for a second though.

His current positions on healthcare, standing with unions, strong support from Democratic Black voters and his experience are all points in his favor. A lot of moderate voters are turned off by so-called Progressives like Warren and Sanders. These moderates, for good reason, say their first priority is removing Trump from the WH and they think Medicare For All would favor Trump.

So, yeah, let's talk about differences between the candidates and why one is better than the other but let's not play the "my way or the highway" song that helped get Trump elected in 2016.

The most egregious of Biden’s transgressions is the role he played in the creation of the 100-to-1 sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine. As the country panicked over the “crack” epidemic, legislators set out to dole out harsher punishments to those found guilty of selling the substance.

FYI you need coke to make crack but as you know a certain type of people use crack versus cocaine. Thanks Biden not

Total agreement. Clinton carried the same baggage that Biden is rightfully tagged with. Both Clintons. Democratic party needs to move on from all of them.

That we can agree. I found myself hating Bernie but it was only because of the fucking Bernie Babies. I have now come back around to the point that he is my second choice. I also think Buttcheck is not ready in any form to run this nation. The guy cant even control his police department in a small town like South Bend.

For the life of me, I will never understand how someone so intelligent could be so naïve. Unless this was just Biden trying to grab some conservative votes or placating donors. I'm voting blue-no-matter-who but that statement still bothers me.

We look at the total person. Nobody is perfect. Nobody will fit exactly with the beliefs of a person. We gotta take the good with the bad.

I don't think that it will be Biden.
Unless its a Bernie/Biden ticket ... he could be VP again.
