Those are beauties! Looks like you've got a fair amount of amber trichs, even without looking through a microscope. If you have one, and you see some ambers, I would probably take them down now. I tend to cut them down after I start seeing them. Trichs turn amber once they are over ripe, and milky ones are just right. You can let some turn amber, but not many, as too many will give you weed that gives you serious couch lock.

But don't just take my word for it. The most accurate way to tell when it's time is by using a microscope/jeweler's loupe, and looking at the trichomes. Pictures aren't much of an accurate way to tell.
