Enough light?

Hi, I have 6 white widows under 2 250watt hps. Is 500 watts enough for my girls? I've only got a space of a metre or so squared and 6 ft height

How big are the plants? 500 is good for like 3x3 or 4x4 area depending on reflectorans size of plants...

You are probably fine. 3 plants under each 250 HPS is enough lighting. My guess is they are around 35K to 40K lumens per hps light. That gives you 6k to 7k lumens a plant. I personally like more light. The more you can have without burning your plants the better...

You're fine... I use a single 250 in a 2.5 x 2.5 area and I get pretty good results, if I do say so

They only stand about 2.5 foot including the pot, they all have enough space to breathe well enough, the temp isn't going any higher than the mid 20s. I was just worried about the density of the buds and I heard that not having enough light could effect that

I would say nowhere near enough light for 6 plants.
