enough light

one of my plants is under 2 flouro tubes...it is recovering from nutes burn.
they are nice and close.
think this is enough light to start out w/? plant is only a couple inches tall

30 wats each...they are just 3 ft tubes from home depot

Fine to start out with. Get it right up next to the seedling. Before long you'll want to add or upgrade lights a bit though.

atleast 100w per plant is a good rule of thumb

Do you have any clue of what you are talking about??? 100w per plant? It is 3000 lumens per square foot.

Please tell me, where did you come up with that idea?
