Europeans, what do you use for pest control in veg and flower?

Most of the advice I see is from Americans to Americans, so often products recommended aren't available in Europe or we'd have to pay a lot to import from American stores, which seems like overkill. So I wondered what products you Europeans all use and where you get them from.

I use Neem oil in veg, which is cheap and easy.

For flowering, I'm stuck between a few options.

Pyrethrin sprays, which are expensive (Maybe I just haven't found a concentrated one yet)
Cannacure - Seems expensive for how much you need per litre.
Neudosan Neu - Potassium salt of natural fatty acids, seems like the best option for flowering TBH. Natural and harmless to the flower.

And of course, BT for caterpillars, is cheap and easily obtainable. I've had trouble sourcing the other types of BT though, for fungus gnats/mosquitoes etc.

Any input is welcome, pls Americans before you recommend something, be aware if it's available for us in Europe. I'd love Dr Green or Spinosad but I can't find it anywhere. :-( Neusodan Neu does seem like a European Dr Green though, so there's hope!

Topas and Score for powdery mildrew and botrytis.
Karate Zeon or Mospilan again thrips and any other insects.
Vertimec or Voliam Targo again spidermite and other mites.
In my country is near imposible to buy Abamectin anymore since 2023 EU regulation for non profesionals. Extermely efective to kill spider mites but is very irritant and I would not use it during flower.

Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/515

Some alternatives:

Cinnamon extract for spider mites:

Sulfur for spider mites and powdery mildew:

Equisetum ((horsetail) extract as preventive for powdery mildew and botrytis. I take it in the forest, i also take Urtica to use as preventive for insects and fungus.

Potash soap, insecticide and fungicide. Best to buy in solid form:
