Every seed I start gets damp off

Sterilize your start trays and get a new bail of peat, do your soak with a bit of peroxide %3 15ml/8oz water should take care of the issue either that or your watering was off or your lights to far. Seedlings are sensitive little shits ime, i aim for %60+ rh with 200ish par and they do alright.

They can take a lot more than that, I used to add 200ml to a 20 gallon res.
I've heard of people doing 5ml per gallon but I've always been too scared to try and never had to hit my root zone that hard anyways but I feel like 10ml is too much unless it's a one time thing.

Yeah I was putting dry coco in the oven at 200f for an hour to sanitize and was still having problems but the coco wasn't rinsed. Now it's rinsed and in the oven for an hour so I'm 100% sure it's clean now. I'll update this thread when I start some seeds in a few days.
