Feminized seed question. What are the negitives?

Bingo !
The CS once sprayed on the plant will convert back into Silver over time when exposed to light. Agree don't smoke it.
There are cases of people ingesting to much CS over a prolong period of time,side effect.

Kind of interesting reading. How the CS gets to the surface of the skin and when exposed to light and then turns back into Silver, causing the Blue effect.


No cure, once you go Blue...LOL

I have been drinking a teaspoon of my home made cs for over a year every day. I haven't gotten sick from that time and I always use to get a flu or colds once a year. I also have been making female seeds from cs for close to a year. No hermies and all female plants. The only negative is you will get different phenos. Not as much from starting with regular seeds, but there are some. I'm breeding the same strain and choosing the best females so eventually I will have seeds that will be closer to clones.

I think the biggest negative to feminized seeds is trying to breed with them. It does change the genetic code somewhat making them prone to problems and unstable tendencies. I always breed regular seeds and when I find a special pheno, i will turn it male and cross it with another special pheno. I have breed regular pollen with a feminized plant and it works but the seeds are very unstable and produce females of all shapes and sizes and quality. about the only down side i can think of??
