Yes I am trying to buy the house I am currently living in and growing medical maijuana in. I can find any information on what the laws are for a FHA loan I don't want to take down everything right now because he wants to get into the room I have it in but I stalled him to find out if they can deny ky FHA loan because I am growing medical marijuana

FHA is government so they WILL SURLY MESS with you.Break it down FIRST then show the room.

Cant agree with this enough. Do everything you can to make the room look like a normal, unused room. Take the plants and lights and poly out for a day.
Pain in the ASS but sounds pretty necessary for this situation.
