thanks mate, im a bit scared to top so i was thinking maybe topping 2 an leaving 2 an give them another week under the 600w mh on 18/6, im scared to top as ive been smokin this morning an no matter if i cut the right part ill still think i done something wrong!!!!lol

you can basically see how much space i have the tent is pretty high about 8 foot, it nearly hits the roof so i have a good bit to play with!!!

im going up now in the next hour setting up some music for my plants, i just downloaded Bach,Mozart and about 3 gigs of classical music, ive set em on a playlist on my ipod an gonna give em 10 hrs of music!!! i ahve nice small studio monitors i dont use anymore an the sound is beautiful so i hope they will like!!!

i top or FIM mine at 8-12" tall, then veg till i have some new growth before moving into closet to flower. im also running about 10-12 plants in a 9 square foot area(very tight fit) with the space you have, you could veg for a couple more weeks with no problems, with just the 5 in there. the plant in the smaller pot in the middle kinda looks heat stressed from the leafs. dont be afraid to top or fim or lst or anything really. it's all part of learning different types of growing. hope that helps, peace.

i switched my buld to the 600w HPS and the timer running 12/12 since 7am this morning, here's some pics to keep ye all updated, pic's of my music system hooked up too fr my sexy girlies!!!! :lol:

i never topped, im jus gonna let them do there thing, do you think i switched the 12/12 on too early, they are pretty big considering the size the pots and tent so i hope all is well

you can never switch to 12/12 to early IMO because the plant wont start to bud untill it is mature enough to(each strain is different). i keep forgetting to ask you. do you have a fan anywhere's in the tent blowing over your plants at all? either down on them or over then, any fan at all?

ive fimmed in the early stages of flowering, it worked out fine. never topped while flowering though... plants look great

im in the 3rd day of flowering, no pistils yet but u can see somethin happening, so basically i get the top of the plant(top small leaf set) an cut about 80 or 90% off it?? i might do 1 an see how it works!!!

ive been vegging for 4 - 5 weeks, the smallest plant before the switchover was jus over 7'' and the biggest was 12'', i was told that anywhere around the 8'' mark was good enough, as its my first im happy to see how it goes an from this time till then i am learning somethin new everyday so the next will be better!!! Pineapple Express!!!
