First Grow - 16 days in - very small, leaves turning and sagging...pics. Help!

Hey All - Giving it a shot, this little girl is 16 days old from planting and I don't want to lose my first one!

It's a Cotton Candy fem seed under two 13w (60w equiv.) cfls 6500k. The first week she looked great, now she has some leaves that are sagging and browning. I water every 3 days with distilled.

I'm using MG organic and on a tight budget, should I plant in something else? Please help me save her!

Thats really bad for more then 2 weeks old. Just bad genetics I guess.
And it definitly has necrosis & nuteburn..
She just doesn't like the soil.

Thanks for the reply....I haven't used any nutes besides what's already in the soil. Can I still save her and is it worth it to transplant? Anyone had success doing this?

Dude it's 16 days old...
It's just a bad seed.. Happens :(
With all my years of experience.. nothings coming to mind :(

Put a PS3 Magazine under it, problem solved.
