Yup, i know it. Good stuff. Ive never used it, but i know tons of pple who are using it here.I personally use advanced nutrients.
Well, the dark green is prolly cause they stored alot of N. I generally use half of the recommended doses and even less when there little.

Hows that LED working out for ya Tricks? I can't find any grow journals for you right now. The last one you posted on here was from a couple years ago. Make a new one! You should try out House and Garden Nutes and your LED!

Ive never done a real journal, i just posted some pics.

Maybe i will do one, but i`d need more leds. The one that was a gift is 180 watt illuminator.
Or i would need to use a box like you. I been playing with the idea to do a box first, before i drop a ton of money on leds.
My buddie has a motherbox with a 150hps in it that i could use. For sure i will do something...soon! hehe

You can have my box! Lol. Too small for what I want to do in the future. Might replace it with a smaller growtent for vegg

I think shipping would be a bit high. hehe Both my rooms are FULL. Plus i only have the one light now. I dont think i can get those lights here anywayz.

I just read this whole thread, fantastic info provided by all. Subbed!
I am on my very first grow (single plant) and similar set up.
Royal Flush seed, 2x4x5 tent, 240w Blackstar +60w grow bulb, bubble bucket (dual 2 inch stones) and Botanicare nutes + a touch of Superthrive.

I've researched and would like to try scrog, how high would I set the screen up above the plant? Does the screen need to move up and down or remain at one height?

Yeah, im thinking 4-6 weeks left. Its hard to tell from your pics, iphone doesnt take really good pictures.
Be nice if we could skip a couple weeks. hehe If you get 150gr out that box ill be impressed.

Blackstar seems very populair. Anywayz, your screen stays at one height during the grow. Sleezy1 got his at 13 inches.
I like the hydro led setup, got any pics?

Your guess is good as mine! 5 zips out of this box? Shiet Id be impressed myself. Time will tell. I was hoping for 84 grams at least.

Thanks Tricks, he answered your question Minglewood. You should be good to go with that setup! You have more vertical height and width than I had, and those have been my issues with this grow. Goodluck! Be sure to post a journal, I always love watching Blackstars at work!

thats good always under estimate and when u go over ur happy..lol nice job boss...have 600w quatum cool tube but heat def beacomes and issue thinking bout 2 of the 500 watts for 4.5ft longx 4.5ft high by 2.5 ft wide..what do u think bout that boss...
