thats about how my grow looks but my plants are over 4 feet...

Watered them with usual regular strength nutes. The soil was almost completely dry, but the plants weren't wilting. Noticed lots of small flies hanging. They like molasses? And about a dozen lowest small fan leaves are falling. That's normal, right? Buds are swelling nicely and getting heavy. I'm going to need some stakes to keep those colas upright, especially for the sativa. I'll do that tomorrow.

Nice! Im curreently on my 2nd grow now. Totally wiped out my first grow. 4x blue cheese all in biobizz all mix. Well OVER fretilized em and killed them all. This grow im in plant magic old timer soil (uk company) im doing a few autos this time in the hope ive a smoke for xmas. All Critical Mass. How many plants have you got groeing under ur 400 watt? Lookin really tasty mate. Respect

Sly, yeah, my biggest fear at this point is to lose those plants for whatever stupid mistakes I would make - like somehow the fan get turned off during the day and burn them with HPS or overnight mold or mites issue... Scary. I have 6 plants - 3 indica and 3 sativa under a 400W HPS and eight 54W 4' T5s in 2'x4' grow tent. Xmas is 10 weeks away. How long have you been vegging them for?

They are 1 week old so far mate they got 12 weeks left in a 75 litre pot then 260,000 lumens for flower topped fimmed and lst 1 plant thats all im growing made my own super soil with perlite compost,vermulicate,fish meal blood meal and other organic material...hoping for a kilo lol...

Very nice for a first time run. Ha. I was ecstatic when I got a mystery bean to grow with my first grow. Just finishing up and gonna chop her Friday. Hoping to pull a 4+ z's off her. Stop in and take a look if you like. How big is your tent? I have a 4'x4'x7' with 1 bush and and 3 clones all in DWC. Trying to figure how many for my next run. I have a 400w light. I'll definitely be back to see the finish here as I'm subbed now!!

Hey Mauler! Thanks for subbing. You've got beautiful plants!! Would you do DWC again? How long did you veg for? I certainly considered DWC, but I decided to do soil for my first grow. I would love to come up with some sort of coco/perlite/airpot/semi-hydroponic-ish culture for my next grow - some system that allows the plants to veg faster, yet I can leave them for at least two nights alone....
I grow 6 stocky highly trained bushes in 2'x4'x7' tent with 400W AND 8 4' (54W x
T5s. This CoolTube sucks in terms of spreading the light evenly, so I'm glad I decided to leave the fluoro in the there for supplemental lighting for them. I'm using all cool white, too, hoping to keep them bushy. I think maybe I want 4'x4'x7' tent for the next grow with more lighting... I'll continue my quest for the most efficient and productive small-scale legal grow!

No watering today. I went to a local hydro store to get a bottle of Cha Ching, a few bamboo stakes and an extension cable. I trimmed off quite a bit of skinny lime-green unproductive suckers with little or no real buds on top and yellowing fan leaves from sativa. I did clean them up after the 3rd week into flowering, but I felt they were too dense in the bottom again. This way the bigger colas can have better light and air circulation and those suckers in the shade won't waste the plants' energy, right? While I was trimming, I carefully studied which branch ended being productive or not, from all the different training and bending, lighting, etc... Watching the YouTube video of a huge ScroG being trimming by this guy was helpful. I saved a few cuttings for clones. Can I clone a plant from the flowering phase?? I didn't do anything to Purple Kush. They are super low maintenance and sturdy plants. They are super dense and every top has a thick and sticky cola. It's so interesting how different sativa and indica grows...
