First grow bubbleponics with problems

Hi I've set up a bubbleponics system with two 10l buckets as grow areas and one 35l res under a shelf pumping water up to the net pots and one line in each bucket swirling down the bottom, two circular air stones in PVC bubbling in the grow area and one pump that blows air into the res and circulates so I have good temps in res and bucket water, I planted one blue mammoth fem and one blue cheese fem, they about 3 weeks in and only have about 8 leaves each and they very short, I've got two nice white roots poking into the water now in each plant so I can't tell why they have such slow growth and the tips of the leaves are curling up slightly, temps are around 27c or around 80f and I've got two 150w cfl and two 18w6500 and two 24w 6500 spirals so it's all daylight in there, I'm using jungle juice at seedling strength and some roots exelurator with ph at 5.6/5.8, I want good yields and want them to grow healthy please help! They become like children haha

apparently the upload function is currently down.. leaves curling up could be over feeding. do the tips looked burned? how far are your cfls from your leaves? ppm/ ml per gallon of jungle juice?

what is the humidity in the room and how close do you have your lights to them cfl's do produce heat so to tell if they are too close do this. put your hand the same distance you have you palnts form light and hold for a min does it get really warm if so its to close. and if you jsut added those plants to the new setup dont worry so much will take a few days to bounce back. whats your ppm?

Unfortunately I don't have a ppm pen or ec pen, hoping it comes in the mail soon, the lights are about 4" away as it gets to 90 if I get it any closer and any further away and they start leaning as I connected two reflectors together bulbs facing inward so the concentration of light isn't directly on the plant just yet thus my addition of four little 18s and 24s, I germinated in the setup and they popped up in two days but I had water going onto the rock wool so I drowned one completely which I tossed and the other lost it's tap root but that came back after putting it in some new rock wool an adding roots exelurator, they both have some nice white roots out the bottom about 2" in the bubbles, considering they only about an inch tall I think the roots are massive but I also notice my ph rise from 5.8 to 6.5 over night so I'm adding ph down daily, I'm worried I planted them 3 weeks ago and they only now getting internodes I can distinguish but even that is very close together, I wish I could upload, setup has a lot of thought and just looks awsome having a 8 gallon res down the bottom doing it's thing

once you start using more nutes, that should help buffer the pH better. a wild swing in pH could also indiciate a pathogen in your water, which might be something to watch for as well. temps and humidity seem to be okay. they might just be slow starters, without pics its a little tough to say. as for height, if you want some stretch, just move the light up slowly, about an in or two a day. that should help them gain some height. all in all, if the roots are healthy and white, and your leaves are green you're doing good. i'de say they should start taking off here pretty soon :bigjoint:

image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgI've kinda got the ph down on the rock wool for now and I'm misting once every two hours and they seem to be prepping up a little, I've rearranged my lights a little and put another fan blowing across the lights an drilled one into the top of the hood to extract warm air up and out the fan in the ceiling, is it normal for almost 4 weeks and why is there a little brown on my roots
