I'm currently growing, just planted germinated seeds last night and already noticed growth through the dirt this morning. I've grown outdoor before but that was mostly a plant and forget job, I'm new to the indoor growing side.

Something I'm curious about, when you say 150w CFL, do you mean 150w incandescent equivalent or an actual 150w total CFL?

I plan on getting pics up and starting a journal soon, just haven't had time yet. I germinated about 8 seeds from a storage (just bad seeds) and only expected 1 or 2, to my surprise 7 seeds popped within the first 24hrs, I have 3 in pots right now since I wasn't expecting the seeds to pop like I did. Thankfully I got a ton more seeds. My grow space is small, about 3ft deep x 3.5ft tall x 4ft wide. This is my first indoor grow so I'm not expecting stellar results, I'm going extremely cheap and just using cheap CFLs, recommended fertilizer and lake water/muck. Thankfully the lakes pH is within range for this, I trust it more than the city water.

eh understandable and your grow space should be fine, just dont VEG for to long. I only have 3.5FT tall of space and Im 12/12 from seed.

Whats up everyone!

Im so excited! I just found a pro gardening store in my town! Went by there (5 mins before close : /) and got some nutes!!! yay!

And it helped so much that when I walked in there was one guy with dreadlocks down to his stomach and the other guy looked like he JUST got through smoking.

Of course you dont come right out and say "hey im growing bud what do I need" but I was just talking about how much to water and how often and he was all..
"well water two times with this nute, then one time with plain water and they'll bud up nicely"

I was like...ahh hes cool as hell!

Anyway, To the nutes.

I bought one nute for flowering

Brand: Sugar Peak
Cost: $16.11 after tax.
Amount: 1 quart


He also said that this blooming nute doesint need PH balenced... Wich is sweet cause I dont have a PH meter,lol!
