First grow ever any help appreciated

Cheers all so I’ve ordered a 1800W cob led light to add in this sat very excited. So far all is good a little worried about the trans Siberian some minor light green on bottom leaf I’ll add the cal mag for its feeding others are great and heathy. I did transplant the trans Siberian to the big pot and the small stunted one to the small pot . I LST trains three of the plants . Doing great so far . Sorry about burpe pics I’ll get normal pictures this weekend I don’t want to stress plants now.

I forgot is it ok to add more light to the grow as I’m going to do . I’m thinking it is but let me know if it’s not a good idea thanks all.

This is the cob I got not expensive but ok for starters. Plus with other two should be nice. Lots of real nice rack leds out there I’d love to buy but cha Ching lol

I’m curious how many grams per plant I should get when finished. It’s probably different for each strain I’d imagine. I’ve herd a gram a wat type deal not sure if that’s correct or not.

So I did cal mag treatment on two plants and wow over night they look great and grew 3” so great news . Now I’ve noticed one of the plants is starting to pre flower I’m wondering are the plant to small for this or is this normal for them at three weeks. I’m thinking they should be taller.

If you are running a normal veg cycle amount of light, then all you are seeing is them maturing and showing their sex. Unless you have them in actual 12/12 then they would be starting to flower. It is normal when they reach some maturity to show pistils as they are simply letting you know "Hey I'm a girl". Keep it up, they look great. As far as adding light, honestly the more the better, just keep in mind the more light the more you may have to manage other factors like nutrients, heat, humidity etc.

First two top then side shots is trans Siberian plant still has yellow on bottom leaves next two are iether slow growing widow or lambs not sure yet but the bottom yellow leaves are green now so cal mag worked great as widow still has yellow on them nor sure if I should pull them off or leave them. Last two pice iether widow or lambs not sure .

Should I have used bigger pots than ones I got . Not sure what size they are but when I bought them I thought they were big enough. I’ll try and find out size of them next trip to store

Ok sweet my new cob light arrived and looks great gets rid of the burple colour lol. We will see what this does now . I’ve set it and rest at 20” as I’m sure they are starting to take off now.

So light was making tent hot up to 30 .8 opened up all air vents put humidifier on high as well as fan exhaust on high got the canopy at 26.3 now . A little adjusting here and there but I think it’s stable now . Crazy adding light and humidifier makes huge difference I can smell plants now lol . I just LST trained the trans Siberian all are looking great I’m hoping I can nail the canopy temp and humidity as I’m using a simple temp humidity digital box doing readings at top of plants. Ha ha this is frigging awesome wooo haaa . Lights are now all at 24” needed to raise to get lower temp.

no I’m getting some trays this week for that I’ve not watered them enough to drain out so good idea for sure to have them . I’m learning as I go and getting what I need when needed. Thanks

Defo need drainage you need water till runoff also holes will help dry soil out. Wish I'd put extra holes in mine as led doesn't produce much heat. Just trying upload a thread on mine. Critical kush not long left now but my buds have really slowed last couple of weeks

I did drill extra holes in my pot s good drainage there but need the run off trays for sure . Don’t want any nutrients build up in soil.
