Thanks man. You can get a cabinet like this at all the major stores (walmart, target, lowes, etc.). The one i bought was sold as a pantry/storage cabinet. They range from about $60-80, dimensions are about 24"x12"x60" (grow area is about 27" tall).
It sounds like a jet engine right now but i think it will get a lil bit quieter once i get some vents/carbon over the outtake (it gets a lot quieter if you just put your hand over it.) BUT, GREAT NEWS, after a full night with the door shut the temp was at 77, thermometer read 75 min, 77 max. Looking gooood ^_^

haha yeah those fans are pretty awesome.. "tanks" was a good description. I'm glad it's working out for you. I hope having the filter over the fan, even though it reduces the sound, doesn't reduce it's ability to keep you cab cool.

the thing is prettty powerful. It won't be a full on carbon filter, just a lil something to keep all the light from seeping out. Plan on using this and cutting it to size: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Dupont-20-x-25-Carbon-Air-Filter/16522741.
And yea, when I saw the shipping weight as 3.5 pounds i thought it was bullshit. Then i got the box. It was not. Thing is made of solid metal.
