First Grow i need help :)

See the row on the right, look at the one in the middle tell me if u see something wrong with the leaf.

You def. need more wattage in there, but aside from anything if you don't feel confident to wire up some basic light fittings without creating a fire hazard then you really shouldn't be doing this anywhere, let alone in someone elses house. If your grow starts a fire then your plants will be found, and your parents will be implicated, even if you admit full responsibility. Can you live with that on your conscience? I know I couldn't.
