First grow indoors need help on what set up should i use

My grow medium is going to be coco ,sphag , perlight worm castings dry veg nutes mixed in use part A Part B then water when needed useing the correct ph tests for water and grow medium , be using a t5 grow light for seedlings then step it up MH 400watt etc just trying to get the medium ratio correct be for mixing it and start the grow , coloradohighgrower has some interesting information I like trying to learn of a step to step grow when I start I'll be posting it up on here as the step go on all are welcome to have a say I'll be starting this grow in two to three weeks going shopping for some grow medium to start

I usually mix it with equal parts coco/shag/perlite and then take that mix and add worm castings at a 3:1 mix to castings ratio. Add dry nutes amendments at recommended amount and you're good to go. Myke powder helps with root growth too.

Thanks for the mix ratios , I will try this mix for my first grow indoors will post some updates when I'm ready to go
 
They grew out my tent but I'm still happy afgani fem seeds plants are going good what should I do when they are in preflower could I mix up some part b ph it them give them a feed
