Have you fed it? Does the soil have nutes?

OK then use method by telling when need water by looking if soil or medium is dry

You're overwatering. Roots need some oxygen homie.

Hello I am back with a small update. How does she look? Is the stem supposed to be looking like this? I only have 1 42W on it I had two but it was getting a little hot. Any suggestions would be great thanks.
Also the first leaves seem to be dying. Is this something that happens as it grows or should i be worried.

dude that does not look good....... no idea what it is tho..... maybe someone on ere can help.... but soil doesnt look great..... any perlite in it....? looks like bark.... holds too much water id say
