First grow needing some help!!!

hey yall so this is my first grow...about 4 weeks into it. I was doing an all organic outdoor grow but lately i noticed my ladies (or i hope they are ladies) have stopped growing...the past 4 or 5 days they are still sitting at 6 inches tall. no more leaves no more height. they are super green but i have noticed that the leaves are kind of folding down a bit not a lot but enough to notice. so tonight after doing some research i brought them inside and added them under a florecent light about 8-10 inches from the plant and gave them some added organic nutrients with the watering (distilled water) im not sure if im doing something wrong or if maybe im expecting something too much but it sure seems like its taking a long time for them to grow and i see other ppl who have like massive plants for the same amount of weeks. any advise would be awesome and id sure appriciate it alot! happy smoking to u all!!! <3

Well if you are overfeeding a plant organically they will stop growing and the leaves will start to curl, without any visible burning...so...I would say that is your issue, unless your temps have been below 50 degrees Fahrenheit...

welll i did have them outside...and last night and the night before were like in the low 40s and high 30s which is another reason i brought em in today..i had them in miracle grow 6 month feed but someone told me to add some liquid concentrate also they said it would help w the slow growth. i only gave it to them the one time and added a little today. maybe i shouldnt give any more?!
