yeah you wanna wait at least till it has 2 true nodes, then tie one string under the first nodes holding the stem straight, and one up above the 2nd nodes to pull the top over. BE GENTLE!!! and re-bend again every couple hours if you want. you will see the top turn for the light really soon only an hour or 2 sometimes! exciting.

i also have indian skunk from seedsman on the go
their topp 44x skunk was displeasing. only 60% germination and some got wierd mutant male flowers in the first 3 weeks after sprouting. 2 more were stunted.
i ended up with 2 nice indian skunks, one of them is vegging right now and i just topped and LST'd it this morning.

anyway goodluck m8

hey i dunno man, how can a plant "not LST" ? it looks healthy to me dude! and i see no one answered some of your previous questoins....
well right now im at 70% vermeculite and 30%sterile potting soil, my plant seems nice and healthy. i didnt use any vermeculite last grow and it was horrible!, it was like the soil was getting eroded slowly with every water lol.
and 88.5 is that what you said, thats a little hot unless your using Co2, you wanna stay under 84-85 for optimal growth IMHO.
what was the other question you asked....... lemme see....
oh yeah the t5...is it really only 13 watts??? lol i have a couple little 13 watt floros but i dont think theyre t5 (which im under the impression represents HO-high output)
anyway as long as you dont drive ur temps up much more , the more light the better! try to get that tube close, good luck and update us man, i think im the only one but....

thanks man i was just wondering one more thing is topping required in lt because im under the impression you wind the top around the outside of the pot not sure though. right now im only using 4 23w cfls and my temps are about 80-85 and it seems to be doing well. i will post some pics so you can see better what i am doing but i have to repot it since im only dealing with 1 plant instead of the 4-6 i was expecting so im going as big with the one as i can and its already like a bush

thanks man for the feedback just wondering if your talking about the main stem when your referring to nodes because i am pretty sure there are 5 nodes so far that i am working with and the fan leaves are a pain in the butt while im lsting because they are covering all of the side branching that is being produced. The photos dont show to much of the undergrowth but it is thick underneath so i have been trying to pin the fan leaves out of the way for better light penetration. Is there anyway for me to make it strech a little more? i have it on 24/0 schedual and was wondering if i gace it a few hours of dark everyday if it would streach a little more

trimmed a couple of the lower node fan leaves since the new growth was doing fine and needed more light and i also decided to cut a bigger fan leave in the middle so the side branching could get some light i hope it works for the best ill keep you updated

yeah yeah i cut the fan leaves off at that stage, usually i find one side that already seems to be stretching (the undergrowth that is) and bend it that way and remove the fan leaf. it seems to work for me. and i also find that i turn my vegg off for a couple hours (1-4) every night. it seems to help they like it, i let them dry out and water them right before bed, taht way the heat from the light doenst dry up the surface water and it all soaks into the roots
they do seem to stretch at night IMHO, but you'll have to see for urself, try it!@

the only reason i havent turned the lights out is because this plant seems to be growing like a weed not trying to be funny and i just dont want to mess that up. i think i might work my way to 20/4 or something but ill see what happens as things progress. another note i have already noticed stunted groth from the nodes where i cut the fan leaves but im sure those branches will com back i have already counted 10-11 side branches so i have a funny feeling this thing is going to be pretty huge with alot of weight on it

sounds great, yeah it shocks the plant a bit pruning but it will recover, dont worry they dont stop growing at night lol, the root system and stem seems to get way stronger
when i discovered male plants i left them in the dark for 4 days and they stretched and the stems got so fuckin fat it was funny

slow death, torture...dont you love it!! fuckin males:fire:

well it helps that the only seed that germed and grew was the feminized lockstock so i know all this work im putting into it is not a waste

wow this thing is bushy looking at taking a few cuttings soon but i have a strategy as to which growths i will be using and i will be taking the side branches right below the top on one side so i have a place to lst my top to. pics for a pic update too this plant is dense and im kinda getting sick of training it but the yeaild is going to be sick

oh and i forgot to introduce you all to the other plant which is in pic 1 and 2 and that is some randome seed that was in my soil that sprouted instead of the indian skunk seed that was in the same cup but i decided instead of 2 pot plants i might as well grow this unknown plant that is leagle just for fun and i use it as a test patient for clean water and nuted water tests so i know im not going to kill my baby
