First Grow

I have two 48" cool white 40w Fluorescent bulbs.I just bought a new bulb that is supposed to mimic the sun in the afternoon time light.Its a 40w bulb too but emits a full spectrum and higher lumes.I'm not sure if to use it and one of the ones I have or to stick with what I got.I also have the inside of my grow area lined with white styrofoam pieces.Any advice? Hi dude i was wondering what make of flureecant lamps u are useing and and what coulour number thay have on them (i.e 35, 350, 83, 830) thanx and by the way ur plants are looking AWSOME!!!!!!!

sorry to be a pain but when u repotted did u carry on useing MG. or did u go with a nuteral medium if so which one (i.e coco) thanx

The two I have been using the whole time are GE Lighting Multi-Use F40,40w,48",2860 lumens (per bulb),life span 15,000 hrs.,T12 bulb type,color wise it just says cool white,they also came in a 2 pack. You can check them out on www.doitbest.com I didn't change anything when I repotted and its no pain at all dude. I thought I would put up some new pics. enjoy. Later :joint:

The plants are looking great! They are really starting to get big. I cant even have the lid on my grow box anymore. I will try to get some new pics up this weekend. Happy growing all. Later

What up all? The plants are getting bigger and bigger. I have added another lighting fixture with 2 bulbs like what I already had. They have really responded well to this extra light. I was wondering if anyone could tell me whats up in the 5th pic? 3 of the plants have started getting them. They smell incredible now! I cant wait to see how this turns out. Speak Out! I was able to sex the plants today and I have 2 males (which I have removed) and 2 females. In the last set of pics the plants that are female are the 2nd and 4th pics. I have included new pics of my 2 females also. I will try to get new pics. up again on Saturday.Thanks for the advice all and everyone let me know what you think. Later all, Happy Growing :joint:

They are both 13" tall and 18" to 19" in width. This is their 3rd week in the flowering stage. Later

Well they have started to flower now.This is the begining of the 4th week.I know they look a little buchered but I trimmed them to promote undergrowth. It should help to make it more potent I think.They have really started to get a lot of flowers growing.Anyone have an opinoin?The flowers are also real crystalized already.They look amazing! Sunday my girls will be starting their 5th week in flowering.They are looking great and smell killer.The trim I gave them didn't seem to bother them at all. Here are the latest pics. Comments,Questions,Advice-Give me a shout. Later all :joint:

They were looking really good but I wouldn't have butchered them so much.

Your plants need their leaves to photosynthesize and you now have only minimal leaves right when the plant wants to go crazy and grow heaps of buds.

I can't say it's gonna hurt your yield, maybe it will help, but next time leave more leave!

Thanks for the advice on the leaves,I never thought about it like that.Im still using miracle grow soil.I will try to get pics up again this weekend.Thanx all.

Hey all. The plants are looking great. Today is the end of the sixth week for them. The plant in the right pics. seems to be a better strain,the pistols appear almost a fluorescent pink color and it smells like some killer kind bud. :eyesmoke:

The plant in the left pics. is covered with white pistols everywhere and smells like some fire swag.Both plants have started forming buds now also. I am pleased with the way things are going and can't wait to smoke em! Let me know what you think. Later all :joint:
